Meet Our Baddie Instructors!
Call me Krys! I specialize in floorwork, twerk, burlesque, and mobility. My favorite part of our program is creating a space to explore and process emotions through movement. Dancing has been healing and transformative for my confidence. In my classes, you can expect to feel empowered, supported, and seen as you grow your confidence!

I can't emphasize enough how amazing this program is! I aim to create a safe space for everyone to release and manifest. I love seeing someone let go and emerge like a phoenix! Alongside being a Baddie Instructor, I manage Brickyard Boxing & Conditioning, work in Nonprofit Development for The Utah Parent Center, and am a Mom!

Finding Heal in a Heel in 2020 changed my life. I've danced all my life, but my true passion is heels and burlesque. In my classes, I explore emotions and character-building, encouraging Babes to wear what makes them proud and embrace all sides of themselves. Besides dancing, I am passionate about Lady Gaga, horror movies, and pursuing authenticity.
Fay Maxim (she/her)
I've been dancing with Heal in a Heel since September 2019. I had no prior technical training and 9 years of experience as a go-go dancer. I am a mom to 5 crazy and cute kids! I aim to create a welcoming space for everyone to feel confident and celebrated. In my classes, you'll feel uplifted, free, and discover the joy of stepping into your power—one strut at a time!
Movement and dance have healed me in ways nothing else could. Teaching for Heal in a Heel brings me immense joy. I strive to create a safe space filled with joy, peace, and love where you can truly express yourself. Let's have fun, let go of expectations, and be extra in all the right ways together! I can't wait to prance with you!

I've trained in various styles growing up, primarily Ballet and Jazz. As an adult, I started my heels and burlesque journey, and performed at nightclubs and music festivals. I fell in love with the Heal In A Heel community and culture! Technique is my jam. I want to give people a space to try and explore something new while having fun and being safe.
